Beltane news at Our Celtic Hearth

As the Earth bursts forth in green abundance, we give thanks for all the many gifts of nature, from the newborn animals to the unfurling buds. Beltane celebrates the union of the Goddess and the Green Man – the coming together of male and female energies to create new life. We are celebrating our second Beltane here at Our Celtic Hearth and there are many things to be thankful for.
Declan has been busy upgrading our raised garden beds and will soon be erecting our first hoop house for indoor food production.
Maggie and Duncan just completed their 4th successful Earth weekend workshop.
And Ailsa is planning many more fun classes and opportunities to join our community this season.
Remember that if you commit to a weekly class time you can get a seasonal pass for Ailsa's and Declan's classes:
1 class per week - $50
2 classes per week - $80
3 classes per week - $100
more than 3 classes - speak to Ailsa about your personalized rate.
*special note - there will be no Yin Yoga class on May 11th and Ailsa is away teaching from June 12th to the 24th so there will be no classes with Ailsa during those days.
with lightness,
Ailsa and Declan

Ostara News from Our Celtic Hearth - March 2022
By Ailsa Keppie 13 Nov, 2021
T he festival of Samhain (pronounced Sow-en) or Halloween falls on October 31st and marked the beginning of the yearly cycle for Celtic peoples. This was a time of death and the promise of re-birth, a time for stillness and reflection. It was understood that in the dark silence comes whisperings of new beginnings, the stirring of the seed beneath the ground.
