Workshops
With Ailsa Keppie RMT, SSE

Many women were never taught how to care for their breasts beyond medical screening. Yet the breasts play an important role in circulation, lymphatic health, and our relationship with the heart space of the body.
Join us for a gentle two-hour women’s circle where we will explore simple breast-care practices, including lymphatic awareness, self-massage, and ways to reconnect with the natural wisdom of the body.
This workshop offers a warm, respectful space to learn practical tools for self-care while deepening appreciation for the body we live in. These practices can be especially supportive for maintaining breast health and vitality through all stages of a woman’s life.
Participants will leave with a simple 10-minute breast-care routine they can continue at home.
✨ All women welcome

The new moon invites a return to quiet beginnings — a time to soften, listen, and plant intentions beneath the surface. This 2-hour somatic-based movement workshop offers a grounded space to listen inwardly and seed new possibilities at the level of sensation and breath.
Through guided movement, subtle improvisation, journalling, and moments of witnessing, we will attune to the body as an intelligent site of knowing — one that remembers, sheds, and restores. This is a slow, spacious practice rooted in Authentic Movement and somatic awareness. You will be invited to move at your own pace and follow what feels true in the moment.
No previous movement experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, journal, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. Please come scent-free.

A Year of Celtic Wisdom and Embodied Renewal
Through the four fire festivals of the Celtic year, we trace the eternal dance of creation and transformation. Each retreat — Brigid’s Blessing, The May Queen’s Garland, Lugh’s Harvest, and The Morrígan’s Mystery — offers a portal into the elemental forces of life. As we move with the seasons, we learn to tend our inner flame, celebrate love and abundance, offer our gifts, and surrender to the wisdom of endings.
