Yoga and Fascia workshop - April 30th 11am-1pm with Ailsa

Some and explore the fascinating interplay of yoga and fascial awareness in this 2 hour workshop with Yoga teacher, RMT and Instructor of Myofascial trainings - Ailsa Keppie. Sacred somatics Practitioner training - level 1 - April 15/16 with Ailsa

Sacred Somatics is a modality that brings together three main aspects of Therapeutic and Somatic Practice namely:

observation: reading the body and awareness of what the client is presenting with
Feeling: intentional touch and therapeutic skill
Embodiment: grounding and ethical relationship

Tea And Tarot

Friday April 21st 3pm-4:30pm

These sessions are open to anyone who is interested in learning and studying the Tarot as a path to Self Awareness. Each month we will look at 2 of the Major Arcana cards and share insights and knowledge about these with each other. You are invited (but not required) to dress in a costume that signifies one of the month’s cards archetypes for you.

There is a suggested donation of $5 per person for this event. Various herbal teas will be available.

Couples Massage workshop - Friday April 28th, 6-9pm

$50 per couple

come and learn in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with RMT Ailsa Keppie. You will only be working with your own partner and will have your own massage table, oil and supplies. Your personal comfort level is respected and the workshop can be done fully clothed or under the sheet. We will be working with back massage and possibly hands and feet. No experience required.
